Open Hands Resource Center

Open Hands Resource Center is a faith based, non denominational organization serving the Concord, NH area homeless and needy. We offer clothing and footwear, tents and sleeping bags, personal hygiene products, some non-perishable foods, blankets, and anything else that might come our way through donations. We do believe that, while we can offer temporary relief, a persons eternal help comes from the creator of all things-JESUS.

Through our volunteers we form relationships that allow individuals to see a model of what Christ can do for them by showing what He has done for others.
